A. My Future Laptop
Draw the icons of the different platforms and applications that will likely appear on the desktop of your laptop five to 10 years from now.

Why did you choose these online platforms and applications?
I chose these online platforms and applications, which will most likely appear on the desktop of my laptop in five to ten years, because I realized that they can assist not only me, but everyone in connecting to the world and making our lives easier. We have become reliant on them in our personal and professional lives since they assist so many of our daily activities. Teachers, students, and even professionals can benefit greatly from these platforms and applications. These enable them to operate efficiently and effectively, and will enable them to work even faster in the future. So, why did I chose all of these? Let’s start with the Facebook .
- Facebook improves people’s capacity to interact with others and build positive relationships with peers, which is why I chose it. This app is now a part of our lives, and the majority of people utilize it to help them overcome their despair and escape. Although Facebook has numerous advantages, such as easy access to future social events and more touch with old acquaintances, it also drives people to obsess and concentrate on their digital image.
- Canva is a fantastic online graphic design program. Everything from basic photo editing to producing social media photos, brochures, and documents can be done with it. I chose this because it is an user-friendly application that can be used for anyone. Canva is an excellent learning tool because of this. Educators can use it to visually deliver material to students, and students can use it to clearly and intuitively “articulate” new concepts.
- Grammarly is a browser extension or software that examines our grammar, spelling, plagiarism, and other aspects of our writing in real time across a variety of platforms, including Microsoft Word, WordPress, Facebook, and others. For us, this is a very useful program. Grammarly is dubbed our “Free Grammar Assistant” since it helps us improve our vocabulary by not only letting us know whether we’re overusing a certain term, but also by highlighting words that are overused in general. Grammarly also offers synonyms to assist us write more interestingly.
- MS Excel has a straightforward interface that helps users to quickly learn how to use it and execute basic tasks. It is a useful tool for all business professionals as well as the public at large. It assists users in calculating, organizing, and visualizing quantitative data, as well as providing managers and senior management with the facts they require to make critical decisions.
- Google plays an essential role in education by increasing teacher and student efficiency and production. We can consider this as a part of our lives already because we always used this in our everyday lives. Its tools and services promote greater collaboration, empower students, and provide a fair playing field for all.
- Finally, Microsoft Word is a useful application for creating various documents such as letters, updates, reports, research projects, and typesetting books and periodicals, among other things which makes it essential to the future. Microsoft Word can assist teachers and students in developing new and innovative learning and teaching approaches. MS WORD is a crucial application for educational purposes. In this digital age, it is easier to take notes without using notebooks. We can create notes that include diagrams, graphs, tables, and smart art, among other things.
If you were to invent your own online platform or application, what would you name it and what does it do?
If I were to invent an online platform or application to my future laptop, I would name it “Workout @Home”. I named it “Workout @Home” because the application that I would like to make is an app that can help you to be fit and physically healthy by following the exercises in the app. This app will provides daily workout routines for all your main muscle groups. In just a few minutes a day, you can build muscles and keep fitness at home without having to go to the gym. No equipment or coach needed, all exercises can be performed with just your body weight. The app has workouts for your abs, chest, legs, arms and butt as well as full body workouts. All the workouts are designed by experts. None of them need equipment, so there’s no need to go to the gym. Even though it just takes a few minutes a day, it can effectively tone your muscles and help you get six pack abs at home. The warm-up and stretching routines are also included in this app and are designed to make sure you exercise in a scientific way. With animations and video guidance for each exercise, you can make sure you use the right form during each exercise.
Stick with my home workouts, and you will notice a change in your body in just a few short weeks.
